What WE DO

This is the perfect option for larger events (100+ guests) requiring an extensive amount of planning time and execution. Typically, the planner will spend approximately 40 - 50 hours planning an event for you. 

Do you have your event planned but cannot be everywhere at once on the big day? We are happy to provide a day of coordination so you can enjoy every moment without having to worry about any of those last minute details!. Day-of-Coordination is where you leave all of the set-up, trouble-shooting, and wrap-up to us. 

For those who want to do most of the planning themselves, or who are on a tighter budget but need help with ideas or organization, this is a great option. We meet with clients a few times for a few hours and help them maximize their planning efforts. 

We like to provide our clients with as many turnkey options as possible. We offer centerpiece rentals, faux flower arrangements, linens, outdoor party tents etc. We will set up a consultation for you to see what we offer and what will work best with your event and theme, 5280 will purchase specific themed or color items for your event if required (Pricing will be at cost for client)
